Copays vary by insurance plan and where you’re at in meeting your deductibl. Eligibility checks are run prior to your appointment so you have an estimated cost for the session.

If you choose not to use your insurance or it is not in network, the cost for a 55 minute session is $125. You will automatically receive a superbill each month you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Monica is licensed in Florida and Colorado. Clients must be residing in either of those states to be seen.

Mountain Time: 8:30am-5pm

Eastern Time: 10:30am-7pm

Monica meets clients virtually through Zoom’s HIPAA compliant Zoom platform. You will receive an appointment confirmation email with the link.

First, schedule a free 15 minute consult to determine if you and Monica are a good therapeutic fit.

Once you decide to work together, an email will be sent to gather consent, insurance information, and intake questionnaires.

From there you and Monica will schedule for an agreed upon time.

There is a 24 hour cancellation window. Please reach out via text or email if you are unable to make your appointment. Out of courtesy for Monica’s schedule, please be considerate of cancellations. If it becomes and issue there will be a cancellation fee of $75 per session.
